Pathways to Dance & Creative Industry 

In collaboration with Phrkz Academy, this program provides accessible, high-quality dance and professional training to underrepresented groups in Inglewood, CA. We offer financial support covering 50–100% of program costs for dancers pursuing instructor or mentorship tracks. Designed to empower youth and adults, the program bridges the gap to careers in dance and the creative economy. Participants gain mentorship, certification, and hands-on experience, creating clear pathways to success in the arts and entertainment sectors.

Instructor Certification Program

Comprehensive training for aspiring dance instructors with certification upon completion.

MAD Program (Mentorship and Development)

Focused mentorship for dancers seeking professional development and career advancement.


CREATIVE CAPITAL PROJECT :


The Creative Capital Project is a sister program to Amesi & Associates’ Creative Equity Initiative, designed to empower underrepresented artists and creatives in Los Angeles, including BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and low-income individuals. The program provides no-cost technical assistance, business education, and access-to-capital support, equipping creatives to formalize their businesses, secure funding, and unlock income-generating opportunities.
